Home Learning

Hello Year 3,

It has been lovely calling you all and having time to catch up with you and your families, making sure you are all safe and well. It was so lovely to hear about what you have been doing to keep busy and many of you are enjoying your home learning experience despite missing your friends. This week, I will be updating the Year 3 home learning webpage with some new task ideas for you to complete.

So that we can see what our friends have been doing, below are some photographs of some of the wonderful things that you have been doing, while at home. If you wish to send any more photographs, please email postbox@rushall.walsall.sch.uk and I can get these uploaded to the blog. It is so lovely seeing photographs of you enjoying your home learning activities.

Aaliyah has been busy completing some Science work, look at the fantastic human skeleton she has made and labelled! Fantastic work Aaliyah!

Anabelle has also been completing some Science work, she has been drawing and labelling the bones in the body. Anabelle really enjoyed her Science tasks. Lovely picture Anabelle!

Layla has been busy crafting, she is now attending the Hogwarts home school with her brother. I wonder whether her baking went well and if it tasted delicious, it certainly looks it. Keep crafting Layla, Year 3 will definitely need to try some of your baking.

Freya has also been busy crafting, look at the beautiful picture she has sent me. Thank you so much Freya, I love it!

I can’t wait to see your pictures and hear what you have been doing to keep busy.

Stay safe and keep smiling!

Happy Easter

Hello Year 3,

Happy Easter to you all!

I hope that you are all keeping safe and well at home just like Mrs Dennis and I are. It is very strange not being at school each day and we are missing seeing all your smiley faces and hearing about all the lovely things you have been doing.

I have been spending lots of time thinking about you all and wondering what you have been doing. How are you keep yourselves busy? I have been spending some time in the garden, painting and making sure that I am doing my school work too. Mrs Dennis has been busy completing a jigsaw puzzle. I have been spending lots of time planning some exciting activities ready for when we are back at school- I’m hoping this will be soon!

Over the next few weeks, I will be updating our class page with some new home learning tasks, that you may wish to complete with your families. If you have any questions about this please email postbox@rushall.walsall.sch.uk.

I hope you all have a lovely Easter and that we will see each other again soon.

Keep smiling!
